Fire Check - Confirmation that the following checks have been carried out by initialling each task. If in doubt speak to your duty manager. - Both Pre performance and during performance the following: Fire Exists,
Stairwells, Fire doors , Exit routes signs are adequately illuminated, Public address system working, fire fighting equipment, First Aid Equipment.

Enforcement Visit - Time , Details of visit, action taken.
