Do you have a printed catalogue I can be sent in the post?
Yes - the 2010 / 2011 catalogue is now available. One is sent out with every order or you can request a free catalogue to be sent to you by clicking on the link on the home page and completing your name and address. One will then be sent out by first class post.

Is your website secure?
Our website is 100% secure with secure certificate authenticated by Thawte.

How do I subscribe to your Email Newsletter for information about New Products and Special offers?
Simply enter your email address in the Mailing Lists box found on the home page of our website. Once you click Sign Up, you can then choose to enter more details that will allow us to send you more specific information.

If I need assistance or information can I telephone and speak to anyone?
Yes We also have a retail shop which is open from 9.30 - 6.00 Monday to Friday and 9.30 - 5.00 on Saturdays. If we are busy in teh shop we may not be free to answer the phone, so leave a message on the machine and we will ring you back when we are able.

Do you despatch orders outside the UK?
Yes we do. If you ring or e-mail us we can advise you as to the carriage charges and the time it is likely to take for you to receive your order.

What are your shop opening times?
We are open Monday - Friday - 9.30 - 6.00 and Saturday 9.30 - 5.00 Sorry we are closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays

How many days does it take for an order to be delivered?
Orders are normally despatched the same or next working day, depending on when the order is placed. Orders placed after 1.p.m. may not be despatched the same day The only exception is body armour which is often despatched from the manufacturer. Depending on the value and size of the order, it will be despatched by First class post, First class signed for or courier. All orderes are unfortunately in the hands of the delivery company and normally arrive the next working day but weather and industrial action and Christmas sometimes delay things!!

Is your website secure?
Yes The web site is secure. We use SagePay - previously know as protex.

do you do business accounts
Yes we do offer business accounts but we do carry out credit checks and the business needs to have minimum of 2 years trading record before we will consider an appliaction. You need to e-mail us at lesley@head2toesecurity.co.uk for an application form.

The Max Charge for any UK delivery is £10 via courier.
